List of servers

After you add IP-address to the RD Server's config.ini file, it will automatically connect your Manager and you will see it in the list.

Form the menu you can run, stop, and restart one or multiple servers.

Server configuration

The Server has a number of its global settings.

List of servers

  • Server type: You need to define the type of the server, for example RD Analytics. The system will load corresponding modules and recognition presets.
  • Storage size: This is local HDD space, reserved by the server to store recognized object's snapshots or video clips.
  • Restart policy: Server can be automatically restarted after power loss or if an error occurs. 'Always' - start the server after reboot regardless of previous state. 'On-failure' - restart the head only if an internal critical error occur. Don't start automatically after server reboot. 'Do not restart' - if the head has stopped, don't try to restart it.
  • Update modules: Server can update cached modules with the modules from the Manager's library. 'Always' - download the modules from the manager regardless of their versions. 'If new version available' - download the modules only if the Manager has the newer version. 'Never' - keep existing cache.
  • Log level: Level of the Server's internal logging
  • Description: You can save a description here.

You can test the server by pressing Test button. In response, the system will check, if the machine is reachable and meets all requirements to run.

At the bottom you can see models, sources, pipelines and outputs that have been configured for this server.
