Real-time connection disconnected

A yellow warning bar may appear below the header when the application loses its real-time connection to the server (live updates such as notifications and processing events).

What it means

Live updates may be delayed until the connection is restored. Opening pages and saving still usually work; status badges and notifications may lag.

What to try

  1. Check network connectivity to the RD Analytics host.
  2. Refresh the browser page.
  3. Administrators: confirm the API service is running — systemctl status rd-analytics (see Installation).
  4. Administrators: from the UI, open System → Maintenance and restart the web service / engine if needed.
  5. If the message persists after refresh and service checks, contact your administrator.
