A yellow warning bar may appear below the header: the application lost its real-time connection to the server.

What it means

Live updates (notifications, processing events) may be delayed until the connection is restored.

What to try

  1. Check network connectivity to the RD Analytics host.
  2. Refresh the browser page.
  3. Confirm the API service is running (administrators: see deployment guide).
  4. If the message persists after refresh, contact your administrator.
